It is done.
The LISTERINE 21 Day Challenge was completed this week. And it was awesome.
I’m amazed at how much I’ve grown to like doing the rinse and yes, even the flossing twice daily.
And my gums don’t even bleed anymore. Rock. On.
The best part? My mouth guard. That bad girl doesn’t even smell anymore, like it used to. Did I mention how lucky my husband is? I think I did! Sleeping with the love of his life who has to wear a mouth guard nightly so she doesn’t grind her teeth down to the nubs.
Hawt.
As far as developing the habit of flossing, brushing, and rinsing?
What they tell you about developing a habit if you do it for 21 days straight? (You know, the “they” my mom used to ask me about and I never knew who “they” were. What are “they” wearing these days? What do “they” do for fun? Who the hell are “they?” I know not.)
But whomever “they” are? They are totally right about the 21 days form a habit thing. Totally true.
That’s why the 21 Day Challenge is genius.
And the best part is that all of my family’s now doing daily oral care too.
I think I loved the mouthwash best, if you care. We’re now on our second bottle. It’s amazing how much mouthwash a family can go through when everyone’s using it twice a day.
And my kids love, love, love the “kid mouthwash.” Bubble gum flavored, of course.
Remember, you can still sign up and give it a try too.
I highly recommend it.

So glad it’s helping you out. And yes, those mouth guards have to have all the help they can get!!
I sure wish my assistant cook would take this challange. She’s a “close talker” and her breath is really bad. Well, actually, it reeks.
Ewwwwwwwww!
Awesome!!!! Glad to hear your kids have taken to it! Am I too old to want to try bubble gum flavour…?
There is so much truth to that 21 days to form a habit theory – I used to know the science behind it but my mind is drawing a blank. Yay you!
